Special and various educational experiments are being done from time to time in the field of primary education.  The Pragya approach is also one of the continuum chains.  Pragya approach has been implemented in the state of Gujarat since June 2010.  The approach is extended under Phase-3 in June 2018.  Learning outcomes are getting better due to the special husband teaching in Pragya approach.  In view of the breadth of the cognitive approach, it is imperative to develop a special kind of understanding of teachers rather than teaching.  Under this training guide, topics of classroom management and classroom management have been introduced for teachers rather than teaching under the pragya approach.  Different dimensions of training such as discussion, demonstration, writing, exposure, group work etc. are covered in different subjects.  Hopefully, we will be able to teach with more readiness in the intellectual class next year when we will get acquainted with the topics of the training guide with sufficient space during the training.

Introduction: The Pragya approach, which started in June 2010, is expanding to more than 7,500 schools in the state from next June 2013.  At the same time as the actual implementation of 'RTE-2009' is about to take place, Prasha's approach is becoming ubiquitous and universally accepted with a realistic reflection of 'RTE-2009'.  Across the country, Pragya is being touted as an effective model of ABL (Activity base learning).  Based on this approach the child is getting individual education, education with subject teacher and speed based education.

It is becoming a very important thing.  This training material is provided for trainees for Hand Holding Person (HHP).  It is imperative that in the Pragya approach, the readiness of the teacher should be more than the readiness of the class teacher.  It covers topics such as the teacher working in the classroom, the child and how they can be assisted in the classroom management and process.  Hopefully, CRC working in handholding.  B.R.P.  And B.R.C.  Co-ordinators, Diet Lectures and Education Supervisors will be able to be more effectively presented in the Pragya classroom through training materials.

In the pragya approach ... activity oriented and student centered teaching work is done.  The same point of learning is to learn from different methods.  Students go through different stages of study to learn a single topic.  Such as - new concept teaching by the teacher, doing activities, learning from materials, working according to the need of classmate teaching, strengthening, self-study and evaluation etc.  Gradual learning skills such as - listening, narration.  The order of reading and writing is maintained.  Listening-Reading includes different things like comprehension, understanding, application, creativity etc.  Evaluation and remedial work is done at the end of each milestone.  (SCE) is a child psychology wise ladder so that the pragya approach is child friendly.  Learning how to learn 'and student is the creator of knowledge.  Not enjoying  The importance of such RTE is nurtured.
